How to exchange and return an item

  • You have the right to refuse the ordered goods of good quality without giving a reason at any time: before receiving it, at the time of delivery or receipt of the goods within 10 days
  • Return or exchange is possible subject to the preservation of its presentation (packaging, seals, labels), consumer properties, as well as sales or cash receipt
  • Return is not possible if the item is not of proper quality according to List 1 to the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 75 dated February 13, 2003, including cotton, linen, silk, woolen and synthetic fabrics, goods made of nonwoven materials such as fabric – ribbons, braid, lace and other textile products sold per meter; as well as sewing and knitted underwear, hosiery and glove products
  • To return the goods through the Seller’s delivery service, you need to
  • - inform in the online store by phone numbers specified in the Contacts section or by e-mail
  • -print and fill out an application for the return of goods. Application from the buyer for the goods
  • -attach to the application for the return the sales receipt or the order receipt
